The Contract Between Us
  • Orders made through SmartVert.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. SmartVert.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order.
  • No contract will officially exist between yourself and SmartVert.co.uk until your details have been put on SmartVert.co.uk.

Posting Of Your Advert
  • *Boxes M1 - M2 - M3 - M4 and Home Page 'monitor' slide 01 - 02 - 03 - 04:
    • will be posted on an 'agreed' Friday before 12:00 GMT.
    *This advert will only be online for a period of 4 weeks.

  • **Boxes P1 - P2 - P3 - P4 - P5 - P6 - P7 - P8:
    • will be posted on an 'agreed' Friday before 12:00 GMT.
    **This advert will only be online for a period of 4 weeks.

  • 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10:
    • will be posted with 1 (one) working day^.
    ^This is a guideline, we do advise that posting of the advert could take upto 3 (three) working days.
  • Timescales of posting your advert(s) above only apply:
    • once cleared payment and all necessary images, wording and contact information required for the advert are received.

Your Right to Cancel
  • You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to the end of the 5th (fifth) working day from the date you details are put live on the site.
    • If you cancel before your advert has been put on the site SmartVert.co.uk will issue a full refund.
    • If you cancel after your advert has been put on the site though up to the end of the 5th (fifth) working day SmartVert.co.uk will issue a 50% refund.
  • You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your order.
  • Once we have been notified of your cancellation, any sum debited to us will be re-credited to you as soon as possible and in any event within 28 (twenty eight) days of your cancellation.

Cancellation By Us
  • We reserve the right to cancel the contract between BooTiFel Limited and you, the customer, if:
    • We find that the site we are linking to is deemed to be of an 'adult' nature.
  • If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit account as soon as possible but in any event within 28 (twenty eight) days of our email.

Liability
  • WHILE WE WILL USE REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION WE PLACE ON THE WEBSITE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO ITS ACCURACY.
  • If the advert(s) we post are not what you ordered or are incorrect we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email support@smartvert.co.uk.

  • The only language an order can be placed and accepted is English. We apologise for any inconvenience and/or disappointment that this may cause.

  • These Conditions (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between you and us in relation to such matters.

    No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Conditions.
